About the role
BCG is seeking individuals with:
- Significant experience in grains industry research and agronomy.
- Practical knowledge of modern farming systems, agronomic research and extension practices.
- Board experience and a strong understanding of governance.
- Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate effectively with fellow Board members.
- Experience in project submissions, management and reporting.
